THE SYMBIOSIS PROTOCOL

Before you enter the Matrix, you must acknowledge the laws of the Melosphere. This agreement defines the relationship between your creative soul and your digital shell.

01. IDENTITY & THE MIRROR

Melosian is a mirror dimension of Earth. By registering, you become a "Pilot" (Pilot). You acknowledge that your presence in this universe is mediated through a "Digital Avatar" (Echo).

One Soul, One Echo: Each biological entity is permitted only one primary account unless authorized for multi-node operations.
Real Identity: To protect intellectual property rights, all Pilots must complete Identity Verification (KYC) linked to their legal persona.

02. IP OWNERSHIP: THE LAYERED MODEL

CRITICAL PROTOCOL: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Layer 1: The Soul (Yours)

You retain 100% ownership of your original music, lyrics, voice, performance data, and the unique personality traits ("Lore") you imbue into the Avatar.

Layer 2: The Shell (Ours)

Melosian Inc. retains ownership of the 3D model source files, rigging, textures, and the underlying rendering technology used to visualize your Avatar.

Layer 3: The Symbiote (Shared)

The complete IP formed by the union of Soul and Shell is co-operated. In the event of contract termination, you depart with your Soul (Music), and the Shell (Model) remains in the Melosian Archives.

03. AI & DATA CONSENT

To power the Melosian Engine, you grant the Platform:

Training Rights: Permission to use your uploaded audio and visual data to train specific AI models (e.g., Gemini, Veo) for the sole purpose of generating content for your Avatar.
Generative Tolerance: Understanding that AI-generated content may contain artifacts. You grant a tolerance period for the Platform to correct any visual anomalies before they are deemed a breach of quality.

04. THE HARMONY PROTOCOL (CONDUCT)

To maintain the energy balance of the Melosphere:

Immersion: Pilots should strive to remain "In-Character" during public virtual events.
Visual Integrity: Unauthorized modification of the Avatar's geometry or textures using third-party tools is prohibited.
Zero Tolerance: Hate speech, harassment, or using the Avatar for illegal activities will result in immediate "Disconnection" (Account Termination).
