By accessing the Melosian Universe platform ("The Matrix"), creating an account, or interacting with our digital assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please disconnect from the network immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your neural link credentials (username and password). You agree to notify the System Administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Users must be at least 13 standard Earth years of age.
• One entity per account unless authorized for multi-node access.
• Automated access (bots) is restricted to approved API endpoints only.

All digital artifacts, including but not limited to NFTs, virtual land, and character skins, are subject to the specific ownership rights defined in their respective smart contracts.

Unless otherwise stated, the Melosian Universe retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying platform, lore, and visual design.

Participants in the Melosian Universe are expected to adhere to the Galactic Peace Treaty. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, modifying, or compromising the platform integrity.
• Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in communication channels.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.

The Melosian Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of digital assets, data corruption, or service interruptions caused by cosmic events, server maintenance, or third-party blockchain failures.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be broadcasted via the main communication array. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
